I will assemble an initial quote that takes into account everything we will have discussed. You will receive a draft of the initial quote for your review, and I welcome your feedback to make any necessary adjustments. Remember that a quote is just a draft, so if you are not happy with the price, accommodation or any detail, please let me know and I will do what I can to help.

    Final Booking

    After finalising your itinerary, we proceed with the booking process. I handle all reservations, from attraction tickets to hotel accommodations, airport parking and lounges, ensuring everything is in place for your trip. You will receive confirmation details for each booking, along with helpful tips and resources to enhance your travel experience. My commitment is to make this process as smooth as possible, allowing you to look forward to your adventure with excitement.

    Once you have booked your holiday, I will be in touch to arrange a video or phone call (whichever you would prefer) to discuss the details of your trip, answer any questions you might have and share my recommendations to help you get the most out of your holiday. I will also send out a pack closer to your travel date containing all your documentation and a range of resources tailored to your adventure such as suggested packing lists and guides to magical destination.
